My work as a therapist is rooted in the understanding that, with the right support, individuals can find new ways to understand themselves and connect with others. I support individuals and couples as they explore their deeper emotional needs and attachment patterns, fostering more secure and fulfilling relationships. Whether you are navigating personal challenges or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I guide you in connecting with your emotions and developing healthier patterns of interaction and communication. My goal is to foster a sense of emotional safety and trust, both within yourself and with those around you.

In addition to utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy for both couples and individuals, I integrate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic experiencing techniques to support healing and growth. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and strength-based approaches to tailor the support to your unique needs. My approach is culturally responsive, faith-sensitive, and trauma-informed, with a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey.
