Each individual has a right to live an enriched and fulfilling life. I'm an empathetic, collaborative and compassionate person who is able to make that a reality for many. I possess a great desire to work with individuals to encourage and motivate them to lead thriving and empowering lives.

I am here to support you with your feelings, emotions and thoughts so you can process them in a safe and secure environment, while creating trust. I will hold space for you and support you in your journey to heal from anxiety, depression and trauma so you can manage life better. I will create a tailored plan based on your needs that may help you learn new tools and strategies to identify unhealthy patterns as they unfold. 

I’m passionate about working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and able to offer support in English and/or Urdu/Hindi. Together, we will collaborate to find solutions to challenges and struggles so you can live and thrive in life with more peace of mind. 

I am trained in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am very client-centered and compassion-focused. Upon request, I provide spiritually-centered therapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario and Canadian Council of Psychotherapy Association, and actively accepting clients from all across Ontario.
