My ideal client is curious, motivated, and willing to learn and grow! I work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and relationship conflict, grief and loss, and identity challenges. Additionally, I like to offer my clients the opportunity to incorporate elements of their religion and spirituality into our work, as this often grounds many of our values. My clients seek to better understand why they feel the way that they do, learn about the appropriate coping skills, and apply them to improve their quality of life. I encourage honesty and open communication with my clients. I'm here to facilitate using our space in the way that is the most beneficial for you! I love to hear feedback from my clients and use this to adjust our sessions to give my clients the ideal outcome in our time together.
