Also I am a Certified Trauma specialist from Arizona Institute of Trauma. I specialise in counselling individuals struggling with diverse issues such as overwhelming emotions, mood swings, anger, relationship issues, Depression, postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, Social Anxiety, borderline personality disorder and narcissistic abuse recovery. My approach is non judgemental and empathetic. I want to use this platform to reach out to my Muslim brothers and sisters in distress and pain and give them relief through evidence based therapeutic techniques and ways.
