I strive to create a safe space for individuals where they can comfortably process and work through difficult life situations, and emotional or traumatic experiences. I offer my clients effective therapeutic interventions and strategies to increase coping, facilitate positive behavioural change, and improve decision making. Therapy can be a frightening experience for most as it involves confronting our deepest pain, which is sometimes easier to suppress and distract ourselves from. However, therapy provides us with the opportunity to deeply reflect and examine our lives by looking back more closely to see the patterns in our decisions, which allows us to see the unsupportive patterns and evolve from them.
