I work exclusively with teenage girls and young adult women who seek a meaningful connection between their mental health and spirituality.
A Muslimah navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, past trauma, or relationship challenges, while striving to grow in her faith and align her actions with the deen.
Needs & Goals:
You may feel burdened by life’s challenges and seek a way to integrate your emotional well-being with your spiritual growth. You want more than temporary relief—you desire a life of peace, purpose, and barakah (blessings), grounded in both psychological insight and Islamic guidance.
How I Can Help:
As a Clinical Psychologist and an Alimah with a 3-year therapy & teaching background, I integrate evidence-based therapies with the wisdom of the Quran and Sunnah. This approach allows us to address your mental, emotional, and spiritual needs in a holistic manner.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside Islamic principles, I will help you; reframe negative thought patterns and replace them with gratitude and growth. Develop emotional resilience rooted in self-compassion and tawakkul. Heal from past trauma with the reassurance that “no soul is burdened more than it can bear.”
Together, we’ll shift from a victim mindset to a victor mindset, helping you reclaim your wave and become a resilient, empowered Muslimah, embracing your mental and spiritual strength.
