Madiha Ashraf is a first- generation Pakistani Muslim American and is a Dallas native. She was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Woman's University in 2013. She then went on to earn a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas Dallas in December of 2019 . She immediately began her journey to earn a Ph.D in Counselor Education specializing in Marriage and Family Counseling from Texas A&M Commerce. Madiha has 8 years of experience as an educator and a school counselor in local private Islamic Schools and as a College and College Career Counselor with Collin College. In 2020 Madiha partnered with her mentor and supervisor to open their own private practice in Allen Texas, The Impact Counselors. Madiha also has experience working with survivors of domestic violence through her work with Texas Muslim Woman’s Foundation. Madiha specializes in marriage, family, teens, children, young adults, domestic violence, trauma, depression and anxiety. LPC.
