Going to therapy can be an uncomfortable experience and even scary at times. I can provide a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. As a Middle Eastern, I can help clients through a cultural and faith-based lens. I recognize that everyone’s struggle is unique and no one is immune from hardship. In therapy, I utilize an integrative trauma-informed approach that supports the client in exploring a multitude of mental health concerns which helps in managing life stressors and sustaining healthy relationships. My background and experience ensure I can provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mental health care.
I provide counseling in English and Arabic and specialize in counseling women, moms, and marginalized individuals. I have experience with sexual, spiritual, and domestic abuse and am passionate about working with daughters of immigrants of Arab and South Asian descent as an immigrant daughter myself.
