About Sarah Darwish, MS, AMFT

As a bilingual Palestinian Muslim, fluent in both English and Arabic, I bring extensive academic and practical experience in psychology and counseling, ensuring that my clients receive compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based therapy. With a Master of Science in Counseling focused on Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, I am well-equipped to address a wide range of mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My work has spanned diverse communities, where I have provided mental health services in both clinical and community settings. I have experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and case management, all with an emphasis on culturally competent care. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, I am here to support your journey toward healing and growth, respecting your unique cultural and linguistic background.
