Starting therapy can come with a lot of emotions. You may feel nervous, excited, scared, or frustrated - any and all of your feelings are valid! While starting therapy is no easy feat, I believe in you and I am here to walk beside you. I am here to listen, with no judgments or assumptions. I have experience helping clients process past trauma, talk about their anxiety or depression, and improve their interpersonal relationships while also gaining a deeper understanding of their environment.
My approach to therapy includes a strengths-based one - your strengths got you to where you are today! I am here to remind you of your strengths, and help you become more confident in using those strengths to accomplish your goals.
